What is your return policy?
We stand behind every product with our 30-Day Happy Pet Guarantee. If your pet does not love it, return it within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States. International shipping is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter for first access.
How do I use my discount code?
Enter your code (for example WELCOME15) in the discount field at checkout to apply 15 percent off your first order.
What payment methods do you accept?

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number and email.
My pet does not like the product. Can I get a refund?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-Day Happy Pet Guarantee on every product. Email us at hello@primechoicepets.com and we will make it right.
Is the food and product packaging pet safe?
Yes. Every product we sell is screened for pet safety. We never carry items with toxic materials, choking hazards, or unsafe construction.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us within 12 hours of placing it and we will cancel it. Once shipped, you can return it under our 30-Day Happy Pet Guarantee.
