We ship every order from our United States warehouse with care. Standard delivery takes 5 to 9 business days. All orders over 49 dollars ship free, every time. No code required.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is launching soon.

We believe every pet deserves the right gear. If your pet does not love their new product within 30 days, you get a full refund. No restocking fees. No questions asked.

How to Start a Return

Email our team at hello@primechoicepets.com with your order number and a quick note about why the product was not the right fit. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions.

What Cannot Be Returned

For health and safety reasons, used grooming brushes and chew toys cannot be resold and are not eligible for return once opened.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days. We will replace it at no cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but your package never arrived, please first check with neighbors and household members. If you still cannot locate it, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to make it right.
