Our Story

Prime Choice Pets started in a small apartment in Sun Valley, California, with two dogs, one opinionated cat, and a growing pile of pet products that didn't last. The couches were getting shredded. The chew toys were lasting a week. The beds were flat by month two. The cat refused every fountain we tried and only drank from the bathroom sink. We kept buying replacements, kept being disappointed, and kept thinking the same thing: someone should sell pet stuff that's actually been picked by people who own pets. So we did. We started small — a dozen items, each one chosen because it had earned its place in our own home. The Couch Saver because the cat finally redirected once the vinyl was on. The Molar Chew because it survived two months with our oldest dog. The Donut Nap Bed because the cat picked it over every other bed in the room. We're not a brand trying to be everything. We're a curated shop for people who want to spend less time researching and more time with their pets. Every item gets the same simple test: would we put it in our own house?
