We ship every order in plain, recyclable packaging from our Sun Valley, California warehouse and our partner facilities. Here's what to expect.

Free shipping on orders over $49. Below $49, US shipping is a flat $4.95.

US delivery: 5–8 business days, fully tracked. International: 7–15 business days, tracked when carriers support it.

We email tracking the moment your label prints. If you don't see it, check your spam folder — then write contact@primechoicepets.com and we'll resend.

Wrong address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it before the order ships. Once it's gone, we have to wait for it to come back — carriers don't redirect.

We don't ship to PO boxes for furniture-sized items (beds, large carriers). Smaller items — toys, collars, brushes — ship to PO boxes fine.
