Our 30-Day Happy-Pet Guarantee. If your pet doesn't love what you ordered, send it back within 30 days for a full refund — no interrogation, no restocking fee. Email contact@primechoicepets.com with your order number; we send a prepaid return label within one business day. Drop at any USPS or UPS location. Refund hits your card 3–5 business days after we receive the package. Products should come back unused or gently used. Final-sale items (gift cards) are non-refundable. Damaged on arrival? Email a photo within 7 days and we'll replace at no cost — no return needed.
