If your pet doesn't love it, we'll send your money back.

The 30-Day Happy-Pet Guarantee is the simplest promise we make: if your pet doesn't take to the product within 30 days of delivery, we'll refund the full purchase price. No restocking fees. No "send us a video proving it." No fine print.

How it works

1. Try it for up to 30 days. Use the product like you normally would. Brush, lounge, walk, scratch — whatever it's designed for.
2. If your pet's not into it, email us. contact@primechoicepets.com — same-day reply Monday through Friday.
3. We'll send a prepaid return label. Pack it up, drop it off, you're done.
4. Full refund within 5 business days of the return arriving back at our warehouse.

What's not covered

• Returns past the 30-day window from delivery date

Why we offer this

We'd rather have a happy returning customer than a frustrated one-time sale. We test every product with our own pets before it hits this site, but every cat and dog is different. If we got the match wrong for yours, that's on us.
